Company. We are a family
owned small business located in
the Southern Oregon town of Klamath
Falls, Oregon. Quackenbush
Coffee Company has been in
operation for 11 years.
The roasting operation was added
7 years ago.
We are a small company that is
more concerned with providing
top-rate, fresh coffee than
producing large volumes that
become stale from warehousing.
Our
L5 Probat gas fired roaster
produces small handcrafted
batches at the hands of our Roastmasters to bring out the
best from each bean. Only
high quality Arabica coffees are
selected from our importers,
shipped as green beans in
relatively small quantities to
assure a current fresh supply.
Roasting is done by demand after
you have ordered to assure fresh
aromatic coffee. Shipped
out the day after your batch is
roasted, the beans arrive to the
peak freshness
Coffee is available in 8 or 16
ounce high quality bags fitted
with a one way fresh valve that
keeps out the harmful oxygen.
Please only order enough coffee
that you will use in two weeks.
Once you have fresh coffee, you
will become a coffee snob and
stale coffee wont be palatable.
