for a refund or exchange. For
merchandise, call 1-800-705-1369 for
return shipping information.
Local Delivery
Quackenbush Coffee Company will deliver
your orders of 2 pound or more every two
weeks (within the Klamath Falls,
Oregon region -
please see the map
for local delivery coverage).
When you order, a delivery schedule will
be assigned in accordance with your
address. Orders will be left at the
front door, a time and date will be
recorded if nobody is at the location to
sign for the coffee delivery. If
there are other instructions for
delivery, please contact us by
1-800-705-1369 (between 8 a.m. to 5
p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru
Friday),
sales@quackenbushcoffee.com,
or when placing your online order. There
is no charge for this service with a 2
pound per address order. A $4.00
delivery charge will be added on
deliveries less than 2 pounds.

Orders
Shipped
Orders: Reoccurring orders are set for
frequency of delivery when you place
your order. They may be changed at any
time to customize deliveries to your
coffee needs.
Duck Club
Membership
By joining
the Duck Club you enjoy discount on our
coffee, receive advance information on
events and web specials. There is no
charge for joining and you may cancel
your membership at any time. Your
information is not sold or used by
anyone but Quackenbush Coffee Company
Inc. All standard Internet
practices and security measures are
observed and web security is provided by
