Product Description
Created for the Long View Wilderness Lodge in the Adirondack Mountains of New York state.
Using a high altitude Colombian bean and a hard Ethiopian bean we proceeded to define a roast suited to the Eastern region of the United States. The Dark Cinnamon roast appeared to be just right, leaving enough natural flavors and body with a hint of smoke. The chocolate tones from the Colombian, with the citric finish of the Ethiopian hit the mark!
